While storing your decal never subject the graphics material to moisture,

Preparation
Before installing any graphics, you must clean the surface on which the
decal will be applied. Using a soft cloth, wash the surface thoroughly.
Residual grease, soot or tar should be further cleaned with a solvent.
Be sure to clean the surface several times if it was extremely dirty
when you started. To avoid adhesion problems, be sure that all liquid
has completely dried. |
| Installation instructions: Vinyl decals will stick to about
any clean smooth surface. Make sure it is free of dirt, wax and grease.
We recommend installation temperature of surface between 40 - 90 degrees.
Do not directly power wash decals or scrape with ice scraper. Windshield
wipers will not hurt these decals. |
|
Step 1. Take the decal as you received it. Measure the center of decal
itself (not the paper) then measure your surface area for proper aligning.
Place a small piece of tape on each end of decal and completely through
the center as shown in this picture. This creates a Hinge. |
 |
Step 2. Now take your proper aligned decal and remove the small piece
of tape from one end. Note: Have your scissors and squeegee within reach.
Start separating the decal from the backing paper slowly making sure all
of the decal stays on the application paper. Lay the decal back making
sure not to stick it to anything. Cut the backing paper off as close to
the center tap as you can. As shown in this picture. |
 |
Step 3. Holding the decals in your left hand. Use the squeegee in your
right hand and starting from the center tape, work the decal down and outward
evenly forcing out any air bubbles. As shown in this picture. |
Remove the remaining tape and repeat steps 2 and 3 for the
other side of the decals |
Final Step. Now that the entire decal is on the surface and
squeegeed down. Start at one end and begin removing the application tape,
pulling it back at a 45 degree angle slowly making sure the decal stays
on the surface. If you have any air bubbles left in decal. Use a pin to
poke little holes in them and force the air out. |
